I took my Macbook pro 2019 15 inch for a service as the battery needed replacing and the guys were very helpful. Although there was a major delay in batteries deliveries from Apple they were very responsive and kind when enquiring. They also provided a brand new installed keyboard and trackpad at what I thought was great value!
